   1. Delivery

All orders include Royal mail 1st class recorded delivery and we only ship to UK addresses.

   2. Packaging

Each piece of jewellery will come in a Jewellery gift box.

    3. Guarantee

We try our best to ensure that our customers are satisfied with every purchase. Therefore each piece of Violeta's Jewellery comes with a 30-day guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us, in its original condition, within 30 days. Unfortunately, due to Health & Safety Regulations we cannot accept return or exchange of earrings.

    4. Payment

Our on-line credit card transactions are processed through the highly-respected secure payment service Paypal.

    5. Returns

          Earrings

Due to Health and Safety Regulations we cannot accept return of earrings except they has been damaged on arrival, defective or has been sent to you in error.

          All Other Items

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us, in its original condition, within 30 days for a full refund, replacement or exchange.

          Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or has been sent to you in error, we would appreciate it if you would inform us as soon as possible so that we can sort out the problem immediately. To report a problem, please e-mail info@violetasjewellery.co.uk.

          Refund of Shipping Charges

We will refund the shipping charges if you are returning an item that is defective, has been damaged on arrival or has been sent to you in error. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.

          To Return an Item

Please enclose a note giving the reason for return, wrap the item securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, it would be helpful if you would provide a full description of the fault.

For your protection we recommend that you obtain proof of posting or use a recorded or special delivery service.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
